About Colonial/Bellaire

Colonial/Bellaire touches the TCU campus on the north side, just west of University Drive.  This area features original 1940s and 50s homes ranging from the low $300,000 price range to new construction homes where older homes have been leveled.  Prices can reach $1 million depending on the size and location of the lot and home.  While the majority of homes are owner occupied, there are still rental properties occupied by TCU students.
