University West is a prominent neighborhood located directly north of the TCU campus, south of famed Colonial Country Club and west of University Drive.  Homes in this area are a short 5 minute walk to the TCU campus and feature a range of homes from approximately $500,000 to $2 million.  Homes north of Park Hill and closer to Colonial are generally higher value.
