Foster Park sits further south of campus (around a 2 minute drive). Homes in this neighborhood feed to either Tanglewood or Westcliff Elementary which can greatly affect relative property values. As with other nearby areas, Foster Park is comprised primarily of ranch style homes and has a variety of towering trees which create a shady, comfortable neighborhood atmosphere.
